Five College Movers provides a wide range of personalized moving services. Serving both residential and commercial customers we can move you, your business or organization both locally within Western Massachusetts or anywhere within the contiguous 48 states. Full Service Moving
Full Service is the most common service we provide, it includes:
- Crew of experienced, friendly movers. Our movers have exceptional moving and problem solving skills.
- Moving truck (Sizes: 16′, 24′ and 26′)
- Equipment: Hand trucks, dollies, moving blankets, straps, tie-downs, hand tools, power drill, shrink wrap, etc.
- Blanket/Shrink Wrapping of Furniture.
- Floor runners (to protect floors), door jamb protectors.
- Breakdown/Assembly of furniture.
- Wardrobe boxes ($200 value!)
- 10 Extra totes, for last minute items
- Standard insurance.
- While most clients choose to pack their items themselves, we also offer packing services.
Moving Labor
Moving labor is a popular option for clients who choose to rent a truck and are either moving to or from the area. If you need a truck loaded, unloaded or need a few items moved within your home or office, we can help. Our movers come prepared with equipment such as; hand trucks, dollies and tools to each job.
I had the pleasure of having Donny, Phil and Eddie assist me in my move. When they arrived, I told them I needed tools for a couple things (I had packed mine) and I was met with “no problem, we’ll get it done!”. What a great way to start the move! All three of them were not only personable, but hard workers that got the job done. All my furniture was blanketed and shrink wrapped for protection. They moved right along like a fine oiled machine. Because of this, they moved me under my estimated time! Not only did I save $ but time too! KUDOS GUYS! I knew from the moment I met Patrick the move was going to be successful. He came to my apartment and knew exactly what the job would entail, making moving day a breeze (no emal “guestimates” from these guys!).
